A minimum of 30 minutes treatment time is required per client to confirm an appointment.
In order to offer a fully bespoke service, a consultation is required for all new clients. It is the responsibility of the client to provide any information that may contraindicate a treatment in any way and keep us up to date of any changes. Therefore, it is prudent to inform us of any condition that may be affected by our treatments, so that we may provide you with the proper guidance, care and comfort you need.
For health and safety reasons there may be an instance where we request medical consent prior to treatment.
All persons under 18 years of age are regarded as minors. Consequently, treatments carried out must be in the presence of a parent or legal guardian and with written consent.
